Helping pastors and ministry leaders become healthier, more self-aware, resilient and sustainable.

Between Sundays provides specialised psychology, pastoral supervision and pastoral wellbeing support for people in ministry leadership.

Because ministry is more than Sundays.

Behind the platform, the meetings, the messages and the responsibility is a person. Between Sundays exists to support that person — creating space to process the unseen pressures of ministry, grow in self-awareness, strengthen emotional and relational health, and develop sustainable ways of leading.

Through psychology, pastoral supervision, professional debriefing, workshops and ministry readiness assessments, we help pastors and ministry leaders thrive not only in their role, but in the life that happens between Sundays.
