SERVICES

PSYCHOLOGY & COUNSELLING

Evidence-based psychological care tailored for those in ministry and faith-based roles. Our registered psychologists and counsellors provide confidential support for a range of mental health concerns including burnout, anxiety, depression, relationship stress, and trauma. With an understanding of the unique demands of Christian ministry, our approach integrates clinical expertise with respect for your faith, values, and vocational context. We’re here to support your wellbeing—professionally, ethically, and compassionately.

WORKSHOPS & TRAINING

Equipping ministry teams with the tools to lead well, care wisely, and sustain long-term wellbeing. Our workshops and training programs are designed for pastors, leaders, and church staff, integrating psychological insight with theological understanding. Topics include burnout prevention, emotional resilience, healthy boundaries, trauma-informed care, and safe ministry practices. Grounded in clinical best practice and shaped by the realities of ministry, our sessions are practical, evidence-based, and tailored to the faith context.

PASTORAL SUPERVISION

Pastoral supervision is not therapy, but a professional and reflective space designed to support those in ministry. It focuses on the intersection of your personal wellbeing, vocational responsibilities, and spiritual leadership. Through guided conversation, supervision helps ministry leaders process their work, strengthen self-awareness, uphold ethical practice, and navigate the emotional and relational dynamics of their role. Our trained supervisors bring both psychological insight and theological understanding, offering a safe, confidential space for ongoing growth, resilience, and integrity in ministry.

MINISTRY READINESS ASSESSMENT

Comprehensive psychological assessments for ministry suitability, including psychosexual screening, risk factors, and vocational fit. These assessments are designed to support discernment processes for ordination, licensing, or ministry appointment, offering an evidence-based approach to identifying strengths, vulnerabilities, and areas for development.

Our assessments are conducted by registered psychologists with experience in both clinical evaluation and the unique dynamics of Christian ministry, providing insights that prioritise safety, ethical leadership, and long-term sustainability in ministry roles.
